Happy Anniversary Israel!

On May 14, 1948 the State of Israel was born. A few days later it had to fight for it’s survival, but today it is a strong democracy, with challenges ahead, but solid and prosperous. To all my Jewish friends: congratulations!

It’s been 60 years, and if there is something the world should learn from the Jewish people is that they love their land, they are tough fighters, and they will endure and prosper.

I truly hope peace is achievable in the region, and I respect and wish the best to the Palestinians, and all of Israel’s Arab neighbors.

However one thing is for certain to me, Israel will continue to be there for a long time even in the midst of trouble; it is a fact for those of us who have faith in prophecy (Ezekiel 37 is very clear.)  But even for those who are skeptics; they must recognize the resiliency of Israel, their thriving economy, dynamic technology sector and undeniable economic growth.

I have some friends living there now, to them and to all the peace loving people everywhere, my best wishes.
